Booking Terms & Conditions
Tours and contracts are operated by Jean Elisée Christian Rakotondrajoa, a local freelancer tour guide registered and licensed by the Tourism Ministry in Madagascar.
For confirmation of the booking, a deposit of 20% of the total cost of the booking is required.
An invoice will be sent to the customer once the deposit is received confirming the trip.
The trip must be paid in full on the first day of the trip. That would be cash.
If the customer don't like to bring too much cash with them, a bank transfer could be done at least 10 days before the departure dates.
A trip could be booked instantly, at least 48 hours before departure.
All special requests or informations, such as health issues, should be told before.
The Guide will provide the service as set out and confirmed.
Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel your booking, we will impose cancellation charges as follows:
- 20 days or more prior to departure – loss of deposit
Cancellations must be in writing and be made by the person who submitted the booking.
Once the tour has started, no refund for any unused portion or part of the tour or services to be provided will be given. If you want to make any changes to the tour, or depart the tour early, such alteration or departure will be entirely at your own expense and liability.
Cancellation by the Company or Alteration of itinerary
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us or change the itinerary in case of circumstances such as natural disaster, or other force majeure circumstance. In the unlikely event that such circumstances arise, we will contact you immediately and offer you the choice of equivalent services.
Travel insurance is mandatory for all Clients.
If you become ill, all hospital expenses, doctor fees, and repatriation costs are your responsibility and the Company shall not be liable for any refund of the tour cost.
